Now for anyone that knows the Clearwater beach area weve seen prices rise dramatically over the last few years so finding anything on the water for under $200,000 is a condo buying opportunity.(Just in case you were wondering  Island Estate waterfront homes for sale are available from $620,000 right now and go up to over $6.7 million)
