Clearwater Beach Florida - Recently I was showing Clearwater Beach Real Estate on exclusive Sand Key to a couple looking to purchase their own piece of beach paradise.  They really liked much of what Dans Island Condos, an upscale luxury waterfront complex on our award winning beaches had to offer and I thought I would take time to put the spotlight on Sand Key Condos in one of our best beach communities.

  • REO - Real Estate Owned - means the bank owns the property (homes, condos, villas, town homes). The bank has taken the property from the home / condo owner and is now selling it.
