We're proud to have some of the United States best beaches here in Clearwater. We also have some of the best waterfront communities along Tampa Bay. Clearwater is bound by open water to the east along Tampa Bay and the Gulf of Mexico beachfront on the west so we have amazing sunrises and sunsets here.
We also have great neighborhoods inland, both deed restricted and non-deed restricted which boast of some of the finest golfing communities, public tennis courts, extensive recreation centers and public parks.
