Here is how Florida Law Describes "Fiduciary": "A broker in a relationship of trust and confidence between that broker as agent and the seller or buyer as principal...." In summary, I would not want LIMITED representation. For the life of me, I cannot understand why a Buyer would want Limited Representation. Here is how Florida Law Describes “Fiduciary”:

“A broker in a relationship of trust and confidence between that broker as agent and the seller or buyer as principal….”

In summary, I would not want LIMITED representation.
