Clearwater Beach Florida Today I had an out-of-state buyer call me because they were interested in getting more information from an agent that specialized in Clearwater Florida real estate. We discussed their interest in buying a luxury Clearwater Beach Condo and in particular they wanted to get more information about one of our new construction developments: Enchantment Beachfront Residences.
